There are certain foods that can help encourage the process of losing
weight. Whilst some dieters believe this strategy to by a myth, others are true
believers of the following foods.
First on the list is Grapefruit. This is definitely not my food or fruit of
choice. But nonetheless it has more health and fat burning benefits than some

plain old celery. It is actually apart of the foods that belong to the negative

to have cleansing properties to rid the body of toxins. Celery juice has been widely
used as an appetite suppressant. The dieter can quite safely consume a glass of
celery juice before each meal.
Finally on the list is the good old sour as dirty socks - "The
Lemon". Again not one of my favorites but it does have weight loss
benefits. Consuming warm lemon juice in the morning helps the body to rid
itself of excess toxins. As with grapefruit and celery, Lemon has been around
for many centuries as a super fat burning food. I guess one of the most popular
reason for drinking lemon juice is that it helps to rejuvenate your skin from
the inside out. Lemon or lemon juice can be consumed at any time of the day.
